Gang sheet production begins around 8am. Once we are finished with all daily print jobs, we will not restart the printer until the next business day.

At Vickers DAY Designs, we specialize in fulfilling all your gang sheet printing needs. Our advanced technology allows us to produce full-color, custom designs that are digitally printed and ready for press. Our Direct to Film (DTF) transfer process allows us to apply the design to cotton, poly, or blends in any color while still maintaining vibrant colors and soft, durable prints.
-ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS-
Click the "Build Your Gang Sheet" button below, and you will be redirected to our builder website. Please fill out information before sending your sheet for submission so we know it's you! Upon submitting your finished sheet, you will be redirected back to the shop page where you will need to pay for the size sheet you ordered. Production will begin after payment is received.
-IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING QUALITY ARTWORK SUBMISSION-
Make certain that your artwork is 300 DPI and from a reputable source!
Please ensure your artwork is free of transparent pixels. A transparent pixel is a semi-colored or transparent area of your artwork. These are frequently caused by background removal sites. Transparent pixels are not visible to the naked eye; however, the printer does see them and will print them. Transparent pixels will print white. We are not responsible for reprinting artwork due to transparent pixels.
-COLOR INFORMATION-
Please note, DTF prints are printed in CMYK color codes. Designs created in RGB color codes will be converted to the closest CMYK color available for printing. Please be advised colors may vary from screen to screen. Please be mindful, not all RGB colors are available in CMYK format. Also, neon colors do not convey well in CMYK format.
-COPYRIGHT INFORMATION-
By submitting your artwork, you are certifying you are the designer of this artwork OR have the legal right to produce a print of this artwork by a third-party printer. It is YOUR responsibility to ensure you are authorizing the printing of this artwork within the designers' terms and conditions. Orders suspected of Copyright Infringement will be suspended pending verification of licensing. If we cancel your order, you will not be refunded.
-REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY-
Due to the MANY variables in DTF printing we do not offer refunds. HOWEVER, if there are any issues with your prints, please contact us ASAP and inform us of your issue. In order to initiate an exchange, we will need a sample of one of your prints on your gang sheet and we will test press to confirm any issues. We will happily reprint your same gang sheet after confirmation of issues. Thank you for your understanding.
